Twenty-three floors above the Baltimore Harbor, this penthouse loft overlooks spectacular views of the city skyline and water channels below. Once a major silo and grain terminal during the 1920's, architectural remnants of it's booming industrial past still remain. My Client is a world traveler of exotic places and needed a space to celebrate and enjoy the recollections of those travels. The textures, colors and exposed structural materials of the near factories served as a platform to build upon, from industrial to modern.
