Twenty-three floors above the Baltimore Harbor, this penthouse loft overlooks spectacular views of the city skyline and water channels below. Once a major silo and grain terminal during the 1920's, architectural remnants of it's booming industrial past still remain. A world traveler of exotic places and needed a space to celebrate and enjoy the recollections of those travels. The inspiration for this private oasis was seeing the conversion of the shipping lanes of cargo transports and the railroad tracks below carrying goods from all over the world. The textures, colors and exposed structural materials of the near factories served as a platform to build upon, from industrial to modern.
